It’s just not working.
You love your child more than anything, and you want to connect with them better and help them be independent and happy. You’d do anything to make that happen, but you have no idea what to do.
You care, and you have the ability to be a good – even great – parents, but you’ve simply lost your way.
And now, you’re struggling – you’re out of control and need support to find your way and your child again.
But don’t despair. There is hope.
I can help – as your coach.
I take my work very seriously. I help parents and families like yours by deepening your knowledge and furthering your actions.
As we work together, I’ll help you deepen your knowledge about your situation, your parenting style, and what works and doesn’t by leveraging your strengths and helping you develop your own solutions.
Then, I’ll help you put a plan in place to further your actions so you can confidently act, measure, learn, and adjust with a
co-pilot at your side.

Why Parents Journey Coaching?
I named my business Parents Journey Coaching because it’s all about how you want your life as a parent to be.
Most parents I work with arrive feeling very alone – they don’t want to share their challenges and troubles with others and don’t know where to turn.
At Parents Journey Coaching, we realize you’re not alone at all and that you’ll always have someone in your corner.
Working with me, you can be authentically you – no judgment, no expectations. And you’ll never be alone.
I’ve stood where you are and received coaching. I can personally attest to its benefits.
Since my daughter returned from Wilderness Therapy and Residential Treatment several years ago, I have worked with parents and their children by focusing on and supporting their strengths.
I’ve helped them communicate better, grow, and remain more closely attuned to one another, and, most importantly, develop more productive and sustainable relationships.
When we connect, either in person or virtually, you will find me straightforward, honest, and genuine. I’ll offer you a healthy perspective and encouragement as you move forward.
My Education and Training
I’m a Certified Parent Coach, having completed extensive training with both Parent Coach Trainers Academy, approved by the leading organization for credentialed coaching – the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – and the JAI Institute of Parent Coaching.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut,
My training enabled me to work with and inspire hundreds of corporate and entrepreneurial team members around the globe. In fact, two companies where I was an owner achieved Inc. 500 recognition, the fastest-growing privately held companies in the country.
Working with parents has been a calling, and I’m pleased to leverage my varied experiences to make a difference.
When I am not working, I am most likely outside. I love hiking, biking, and walking with my dogs.
