Where is your office?
Although I can connect virtually (anywhere) through telehealth, I also have a centrally located office in Marietta, Georgia, at the following address:
352 Pinehurst Lane Marietta, GA 30068
What times are you available?
How long are your sessions?
How do I schedule a session?
To schedule your initial appointment, you can contact me via either email or by telephone/text at (770) 633-2260.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is the cost of a session?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Do you take insurance?
No. However, I can provide you with a superbill for seeking reimbursement from your insurance company.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Some insurance companies provide coverage for parent coaching, while others do not.
Insurance companies serve a purpose, but are after bureaucratic and try to minimize your coverage.
My role is to provide the best and highest level of service to you, so I don’t mix the two.
With whom do you work best?
I work best with parents and families who recognize they need support and guidance to achieve their parenting and familial goals.
They’re motivated and ready to become vulnerable and uncomfortable because they see the benefits of producing lasting and impactful change.
How would you describe yourself as a coach?
I am calm and grounded in my approach to set the foundation for authentic communication and growth.
I am an empathetic listener because I’ve experienced trauma – from the perspective of both child and parent – and understand what you’re likely going through.
I understand the value of parent coaching as my wife and I engaged with a parent coach when our daughter was away for treatment. It likely saved our marriage and our ability to have a good relationship with our daughter when she came home.
As a father myself, I know what it’s like to be a reluctant dad who may not want to engage with a coach. I can also easily connect with moms and couples.
Finally, I am reliable and always well-prepared. You can count on me to be fully present and equipped to be there for and support you.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I’m an aspiring amateur comedian. Taking classes and appearing at local comedy venues have allowed me to take life a little less seriously and have some fun – while spurring creativity and taking me out of my comfort zone.
I look forward to helping you create meaningful, lifelong connections with your child.
